Rev. Jessie MacMillan, President
Presbyterian Church (USA)
Rev. Jessie is senior pastor at The Church of the Covenant. Located in the heart of Case’s Campus, her congregation supports UPCaM’s ministry daily through hosting events, meal preparation, clothing donations, and more.

Rev. Geoffrey Black, Vice President, Chair Financial Sustainability Committee
United Church of Christ
Rev. Geoffrey brings years of experience as a local church pastor, regional minister, and General Minister and President of the United Church of Christ. He is a member of South Haven United Church of Christ.

David Lamar, Secretary, Financial Sustainability Committee
Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA)
Dave Lamar is UPCaM's longest serving Board member and brings deep connections with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

Daniella Wirt, Treasurer, Financial Sustainability Committee
Grace Church (Non-denominational)
Daniella is passionate about supporting young people in their faith journey. She brings her gifts as a CPA to support the financial goals of UPCaM.

Rev. Gabriel Lawrence
The Episcopal Church
Assistant Rector at St. Pauls Episcopal Church, Rev. Gabriel brings a background in music ministry, campus ministry, and a passion for young people’s faith formation.

Rev. Halldor Gudmundsson
United Church of Christ/ United Methodist Church
Originally from Iceland, Pastor Halldor has a heart for campus ministry. He serves Church of the Redeemer (United Methodist) in Cleveland Heights and shares his expertise in technology with UPCaM.

Meg Marshall
The Episcopal Church/United Methodist Church
Meg is an expert in faith formation for children and youth. She currently serves as Director of Children’s Ministries at Church of the Saviour (United Methodist).

Vicar Albie Nicols
Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA)
Vicar Albie currently serves Peace Lutheran as he completes studies at Trinity Lutheran Seminary (Capital University). He is passionate about creative worship, building community, and LGBTQ+ advocacy and inclusion.

Jim Thomas is a member of Trinity Episcopal. He brings experience in University Administration and a love for faith formation.

Dr. Christine Elliot
The United Methodist Church
Christine Elliott, PhD, is a Clinical Psychologist in private practice for over 30 years at LifeStream, LLC, Hudson, OH. She specializes in helping clients integrate spiritual concerns with psychological issues. She is an Adjunct Faculty Member in the Department of Psychological Sciences at CWRU, and is a frequent Continuing Education presenter at universities and agencies in Northeast Ohio.

Anthony Peebles , MBA, Financial Sustainability Committee
United Church of Christ
Tony serves as a Deacon and lay leader at Mt. Zion UCC, located at the Northern edge of Case Western Reserve University’s campus. He brings immense expertise in development and fundraising. Tony works as the Alumni Engagement Officer at his alma mater, Baldwin Wallace University.

Kate Bouldin
Ecumenical/Presbyterian Church USA
Kate Bouldin is Director of Youth and Young Adult Faith Formation at Fairmount Presbyterian Church and a candidate for ordination in the PC(USA). She earned her MDiv from Methodist Theological School in Ohio (MTSO) in 2024, where she was recognized for her commitment to justice and theological education.

Denise Daniels, Financial Sustainability Committee
United Church of Christ
Denise is a retired Human Resources professional whose career focused on employee benefits and other key areas of HR. Deeply committed to service, she has served on several boards and councils at South Haven United Church of Christ and taught Sunday School to preschoolers. She currently serves on the board of Strengthening Our Students (SOS), supporting youth and adult mental health as a certified Mental Health First Aider, and volunteers with Meals on Wheels across Northwest Ohio. She is a proud mother of a Nurse Practitioner and grandmother to a 15-year-old multi-sport athlete.

The United Methodist Church
Willie brings experience in counseling and management to UPCaM. He is the Administrative Services Manager at UPCaM’s partner, Church of the Covenant, and a core member at University Circle United Methodist Church.
